Specifications and other documents can be stored directly with the task through the integrated Microsoft Dynamics AX document management. The included note function sends emails directly to the involved recipients and also stores them automatically with the respective task. In this way, the history of tasks can be documented seamlessly - and the project manager has access to all information in real time. Through integration of the Microsoft Dynamics AX development systems, modified objects such as source code or classes can be linked directly to the corresponding task. As a result, it is always possible to determine which enhancements are associated with a certain requirement. The integrated release management feature allows for transparent development planning through all phases right up to merging with the live system.
