EASY for DYNAMICS AX

Integration of the ECM solution EASY ENTERPRISE.x with Microsoft Dynamics AX (formerly Axapta)

The interface EASY for DYNAMICS AX makes all the great features of the ECM solution EASY ENTERPRISE.x – including optimized storage, display, and elegant management of documents – available to Microsoft Dynamics AX customers. This allows you to access data, information, and documents reliably and quickly at any time. EASY ENTERPRISE.x stands for high reliability.

Documents generated in Microsoft Dynamics AX (outgoing documents) are automatically stored in the archive, revision-proof and without user input, when the document is printed. Paper documents can easily be scanned and archived using EASY CAPTURE. Microsoft Dynamics AX processes can be assigned according to the process requirements on the basis of "early capture" (scan, then post and conjoin record with document) or "late capture" (post, then scan document and assign to scanning record). In both cases, conjoining the records can be fully automated through the use of barcodes.

Searching from a pure EASY-client (without access to Microsoft Dynamics AX) is supported by standard business management indexing according to customer requirements.

In addition, fast access to any company archive (third party archive) is possible by using EASY xSHARE.
