This 2-day workshop focuses on the IT infrastructure and IT support organization with the following key IT management tasks:

The workshop starts off with an introduction to your company and your business strategy. We record your management team's requirements for the IT environment. The cost-performance ratio of related contracts and services level agreements are then examined. If necessary, we can also benchmark your IT to generate informative figures with respect to the market, the industry and company size. Together with you, we examine your key IT processes and identify and evaluate potential areas of improvement. We also make recommendations regarding the scope of insourcing and outsourcing. In a closing session, we consolidate insights, unveil shortcomings or discrepancies between your business strategy and your IT situation, and present a clear, concise list of important actions.
