IT Strategy Workshop: ERP

This 2-day workshop focuses on business processes and business applications. The day starts off with an introduction to your company and your business strategy. We record your management team's requirements for the IT environment. We then join you in a tour of your production department and other important areas of the company. Next, the most important business processes and applications are recorded by one team, while another team examines the remaining core IT areas, such as infrastructures, IT processes, IT organization, and IT costs. In a closing session at the end of the first day, interim results are presented and the main topics for the second day are organized. Insights are consolidated at the end of the second day. We unveil shortcomings or discrepancies between your business strategy and your IT situation, and present a clear, concise list of important actions. Finally, we discuss the prerequisites and foreseeable effects on other IT areas and outline a future budget.
