EASY SOFTWARE AG selects the interface developed by Sycor for the integration of the ECM solution EASY ENTERPRISE.x with Microsoft Dynamics AX as the "Best Partner Solution 2010".
(Goettingen, Germany) The specialists for electronic archiving, document management and
enterprise content management EASY SOFTWARE AG from Mülheim an der Ruhr and the full-range IT
service provider Sycor from Goettingen announced their cooperation agreement in October of last
year. Their joint objective was the development of an interface to integrate the ECM solution EASY
ENTERPRISE.x with Microsoft Dynamics AX.
Now the partners were able to present the fruits of their labor: Sycor has completed development
of the official interface EASY for DYNAMICS AX. Gereon Neuhaus, CEO of EASY SOFTWARE AG, commented:

This development opens up the full range of possibilities in the field of enterprise content
management for companies using Microsoft Dynamics AX as their ERP solution. "Microsoft Dynamics AX
users are now able to store their incoming and outgoing vouchers properly in compliance with audit
requirements. They can access data, information and documents reliably and quickly at any time,"

EASY for DYNAMICS AX is the official interface for the integration of the ECM solution
EASY ENTERPRISE.x by EASY SOFTWARE AG with Microsoft Dynamics AX. The interface was developed in
cooperation with SYCOR GmbH from Goettingen.
This opens up the full range of possibilities offered by the high-availability, highly scalable
ECM solution EASY ENTERPRISE.x to Microsoft Dynamics AX customers – optimized document storage,
access and management. They can access data, information and documents quickly and reliably at any
time. EASY ENTERPRISE.x stands for ultimate reliability.
Documents created in Microsoft Dynamics AX (outgoing documents) are automatically stored in the
archive without user intervention and in compliance with audit requirements when they are printed.
Incoming paper documents are readily captured and archived using EASY CAPTURE. Depending on process
requirements, the assignment to Microsoft Dynamics AX workflows may be implemented as "early
scanning" (scanning followed by recording and linking the voucher and document) or "late scanning"
(recording followed by document scanning and automatic assignment to the voucher via barcode).
Searching for archived documents is supported by a standard EASY client or by using EASY xSHARE
integrated into Microsoft Dynamics AX. By default, standardized business management keywords
tailored to customer requirements support searches using an EASY client (without access to
Microsoft Dynamics AX).
In addition, easy access to the company archive ("not Microsoft Dynamics AX archive") is
possible by using EASY xSHARE.
