Sycor has been awarded the "Career-promoting and fair trainee program" certificate by the Absolventa career portal. In cooperation with the chair of Human Capital Management at the Ludwig-Maximilian University in Munich, Absolventa GmbH created this quality seal in education for students, graduates and young professionals.

When our human resources practices were assessed by the Institute for Leadership and Human Resources Management at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, the results were clear: As a management consultancy and full-service IT provider, we are one of the best 100 employers among Germany’s small and medium-sized businesses. We received above-average scores in the categories of "Employee Development and Prospects" and "Motivation and Dynamism." This award is a source of affirmation and motivation at the same time.  
 

Family Friendly Company in South Lower Saxony

In 2009 Sycor was awarded with a special jury prize in the competition “Family Friendly Company South Lower Saxony” (Familienfreundlicher Betrieb Südniedersachsen) for setting up the “Leinezwerge” crèche close to the company premises in cooperation with Mahr GmbH and Sartorius AG.
 

Awards from IBM: "Best Insurance Solution" and "Best Professional Services Partner"

SYCOR ASIA has been successfully collaborating with IBM on archiving projects since 2001. In 2007, the company received IBM’s Best Insurance Solution Award for its tailored solution for the financial services industry. SYCOR ASIA won the Best Professional Services Partner Award once before in 2004 for its outstanding services. 
 

Preferred Supplier

In early 2007, Bayer AG honored SYCOR GmbH as a Preferred Supplier for the second time. Bayer uses this title to recognize preferred partners in the field of IT and SAP consulting. SYCOR GmbH was added to Bayer’s list of preferred suppliers for the first time in April 2003.
