As a service provider, we know that
our employees are the key to our success. They give IT a face. That's why their satisfaction is at
the heart of our HR practices. We were ranked among the 100 "Top Job" employers thanks to our
cohesive overall plan, which unites the company’s business success and the interests of the
employees over the long term. The Top Job initiative reviews the HR management capabilities of
medium-sized businesses. To this end, Dr. Heike Bruch (University of St. Gallen) developed a method
for evaluating employers. The first step is a full online employee survey. Next, the instruments
used by HR are surveyed in a questionnaire. A total of 3,000 companies requested the questionnaire,
but in the end only 212 put themselves to the test.
