Trainee program

In our trainee program, young university graduates are trained as consultants and developers. Trainees are familiarized with their new professions through intensive guidance from a mentor and systematic training courses over a manageable timeframe. The programs focus primarily on the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics AX or SAP ERP. One part of this in-house training program takes place at our headquarters in Goettingen, and another part requires active involvement in external customer projects. In this way, we ensure a practical focus early on and an emphasis on "learning by doing." 

In our trainee program, we train you for one of the following positions: 

• Junior Consultant, MS Dynamics AX or SAP ERP
• Junior Developer, MS Dynamics AX or SAP ERP

Key training objectives include development of methodological expertise for projects, project management skills and ERP proficiency as well as an understanding of customer needs and business processes and social skills for interactions with customers.
