Personnel selection

In a structured process, our Human Resources Department selects new personnel in cooperation with our departments. Our systematic, multi-stage selection process is based on a staff requirements evaluation and clearly formulated job specifications.

We are looking for employees who naturally possess outstanding teamwork skills, strong initiative, and a desire to learn and take on responsibility. Organizational skills, technical expertise combined with a strong focus on the customer and an ability to work under pressure are prerequisites.
