The express mission of our Human Resources Department is to recruit highly qualified, extremely motivated and self-dependent employees and managers, to coach them and foster their growth. For this reason, our HR team employs personnel management practices that closely follow our corporate strategy and focus strongly on customers and employees. This begins with systematic and need-based personnel selection and a structured initial orientation period, and continues with ongoing, personalized human resources development initiatives.

More than anything else, our Human Resources Department acts as a partner and advisor to our employees and managers. The HR team is always at their side when it comes to social, legal and development matters.
