To continue offering high-quality services in the future, we rely on systematic and ongoing employee development through our "Energy" training program and external training courses. For each employee, a personal development plan is created based on the requirements of the position. The plan is designed in accordance with Sycor's strategy and goal system and in coordination with department managers. We never lose sight of your career, whether it's with our special trainee program for graduates, our technical and management career paths spanning a range of qualification levels, or our program for young professionals.

As further way of promoting individual employee development, managers and employees meet annually for interviews and performance reviews.

We also ensure the ongoing professional development of our managers.
