Employee focusOur focus on employees is reflected in the opportunities for participation we offer, the inclusion of our employees in Sycor's strategy process as well as our "Energy" training program. It is also demonstrated by the freedom we give our employees and the open communication we maintain with them. In addition to promoting professional development, we also support our employees in their private lives. Through company sports programs, a cooperation with the Fitness First chain and daycare services operated in cooperation with other companies, we help our employees keep their lives in balance. We use flat hierarchies and inclusion in the strategic process to give our employees the opportunity to participate constructively in Sycor’s continued development. Through regular employee surveys, we determine the strengths and weaknesses of our company and analyze our potential for improvement. We also encourage our employees to communicate their suggestions for improvement through our continual improvement process. We give our employees room to grow. Depending on their needs and requirements, every Sycor employee can structure his or her own working environment and task assignments independently. By offering flexible working schedules and work-from-home options, we make coordinating work and private life easier. The open, personal communication we maintain is a key motivating factor for our employees. We also provide information platforms that are accessible to all employees. We ensure a rapid flow of information and always inform our employees promptly, before communicating with the public. At the monthly Open Bar meeting, the Executive Board discusses the latest developments at Sycor and presents the previous month's performance indicators. At regular intervals, the Executive Board invites employees to a Coffee Session to promote the exchange of ideas. Our intranet site also helps ensure the flow of information in the company. |
