Orientation period

All new employees are personally welcomed by our Human Resources Department on their first day to ease their start at Sycor. They also receive a welcome folder containing important information about the daily routine at Sycor. After an introduction to the intranet and a tour of the building, during which they meet key contacts, new employees join their department.

During the first few weeks, designated mentors introduce new employees to their future area using personalized initial training plans. Quarterly introductory seminars complement this initial training phase. These seminars focus on topics such as Sycor's vision, values and guidelines, project management, corporate identity and IT security concepts.

The initial training phase is accompanied by regular feedback interviews with the employee's supervisor.
