Sycor Blue: our development program for high potentialsCompanies have to provide opportunities for personal development if they want to retain excellent, motivated employees. For this reason, Sycor has an in-house development program for high-potential employees. This program is designed for employees who stand out for their special achievements or their desire for additional challenges. This program, known in-house as Sycor Blue, prepares employees for new and challenging specialist roles and leadership positions. Candidates for our development program are picked by their departments and must go through a selection process which involves an aptitude test and, most importantly, a personality test. During the development program, which gives participants direct access to our upper management, the selected high potentials must demonstrate their ability to launch their own project independently and complete it successfully. The subject or focus of the project can be chosen by the candidates themselves but must generally involve defining and implementing new business processes or optimizing existing ones. To ensure that this task is properly mastered, each participant is assigned a personal mentor and special training courses are held exclusively for those taking part in the development program. Sycor Blue is therefore an important part of our efforts to secure a strategically important new generation of talent for Sycor's specialists and leaders of today and tomorrow. At the same time, it helps us retain motivated, high-potential employees and further solidify
their loyalty to Sycor.
