SAP basic and application support and SAP system monitoring
For Flemming Dental Service GmbH, the SAP experts of SYCOR GmbH provide SAP basic and application support within defined service level agreements as well as development services. With bi-weekly proactive SAP system monitoring, Sycor contributes to the smooth operation of SAP at Flemming. The largest group of dental laboratories with 1,500 employees in Germany has been a Sycor customer since 1999, and over time has utilized various IT services from Göttingen.

Sycor implements archive solution with SAP® ERP integration for SIMONA AG

When SIMONA AG decided to implement an ERP system for the first time, the company‘s existing electronic archive could not be integrated as it was not approved for integration with SAP.
Sycor took over the complete design and installation of a new SAP archive based on IBM FileNet for SIMONA. Other project tasks included integration with the SAP system, basic SAP customizing for a variety of scenarios, integration and installation of the Jukebox and scan scenarios for linking electronic documents to SAP documents. more

A smooth takeoff for a start-up
Sycor helped acb GmbH get off to a smooth start by developing and operating the new company‘s entire IT infrastructure on a tight schedule. SYCOR GmbH would not only design and implement a completely new infrastructure for acb, the Göttingen-based company would also be in charge of operating it. In addition, Sycor‘s services included the implementation of a SAP ECC 6.0 system in a two-tier configuration (divided between the two Sycor data centers in Göttingen) and provision of a document management and archiving solution. more   

Support and billing for cellular and land line accounts
At KWS SAAT AG, life is easier for the company‘s Purchasing and Financial Accounting Departments now that Sycor is handling support services and electronic billing for its cell phone and land line accounts. In addition to that, Sycor set up a  service hotline KWS employees can call on weekdays from  9 am to 5 pm. Sycor employees at the hotline  not only answer questions about telephones currently in use, they are also in charge of procuring new devices and contracts.  more

     
Sycor ensures good connections
The experts at Sycor are managing the University of Göttingen‘s telecommunication system, which features 13,000 connections, therefrom 250 IP-based connections. The system‘s subscriber numbers are increasing. Since the university clinic‘s landlines are part of the system, Sycor has to ensure 24/7 availability, especially for emergency calls, 365 days a year. more

Thanks to a tailor-made EASY software solution implemented by Sycor, Singapore’s leading supermarket chain NTUC FairPrice has dramatically improved its process for handling customer feedback. The company contracted Sycor Asia to design and implement the solution for over 550 users. more
